New Spring Menu

Spring has sprung and our kitchen team are singing with enthusiasm!

With Spring here we have decided to keep things fresh and have changed up the menu. This allows us to use the freshest seasonal ingredients as well as keep variety in what we’re doing. A few weeks back in August we told you how we enlisted the help of a wonderful friend of ours and accredited dietitian, Kerryn Boogaard of The Wholesome Collective. Kerryn provided ideas and insight into some salad options that are not only great for you and seasonal, but are delicious. One such marvellous addition is the use of Freekeh in our spring salad.

You will also notice the addition of Pork Belly, a 400g Viking Cutlet and a bigger and better seafood platter all available on the everyday menu. Due to their enormous popularity a lot of the classic dishes are still on the menu, such as our chicken schnitzel and the fish and chips. Our burgers have been slightly altered as well to include a steak burger (made with grilled steak and caramelised onion) and a fish burger (with a salmon croquette made in house).

Our staff love the new menu and we’re sure you will too, so grab a group together and book a table for lunch or dinner and enjoy the best restaurant view in all of Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. Another addition to the restaurant is breakfast of a weekend: every Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am, Crusoe’s is serving breakfast. Check out the breakfast menu at the bottom of our menu page.
